keeping track
A recent study noted that those who kept track of what they eat lost more weight than those who don't 18lbs over 9lbs average. So here are the embarassing facts:
breakfast = 1.5 chocolate old fashioned donunts
Lunch = Jack in the Box chicken sandwich and 1 taco
dinner remains to be tasted.

How did that Happen?
Okay I have been trying to lose weight now for going on my third summer, to no avail now all of a sudden I find myself as the health & fitness guy at a local nonprofit. Go figure I guess God really wants me loose weight because no I have no excuse. Then to top it off I meet a friend of mine yesterday who has been able to lose 15 pounds since the last time I saw him which was just a couple of weeks ago. It's on now. Treadmill here I come.

Time Trials 1 & 2
Okay, yesterday I walked 2.5 miles in 40 minutes, today (time trial 2) I did it in 38 minutes. That's an improvement if say so. I'm well on my way to the 5k run.
